1. How do I buy tickets for your shows?

You can purchase tickets to any of our shows by simply visiting us at the Box Office located at:
399 N. U.S. 1
Ormond Beach, FL

The Box Office is open from Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 12:00 noon and 5:00 pm and two hours prior to any show.

You may also purchase tickets online by clicking on the link below at the end of this question. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for online ticket purchases. Your online ticket order will be printed and held for you at the Box Office. You may pick up your tickets in advance on the next business day, or on the day of the show beginning two hours prior to showtime.

2. Is the Box Office phone working?

Yes, it is working! However, due to high volume of calls, there may be periods of time when we are already on the phone or otherwise unable to answer. Please be patient and leave a message. Calls are returned in the order that the messages are received. Leaving multiple messages may result in receiving more than one return call from our box office. Call us at 386-676-3375.

3. Do you have a balcony?

This is a very common question and the simple answer is no, we do not have balcony seating. The layout of the theater is similar to stadium seating and therefore there are two levels at which to enter the theater. All seating is elevated off the stage to provide you with optimum viewing.

4. Is your venue handicapped accessible?

Wheelchair seating is available on the ground level on a limited basis. Each patron visiting in a wheelchair may have one member of their party sit with them; however, all other members will be seated in the general seating area. Mobility-impaired patrons are welcome to sit in our first row of seating. This row is reserved for mobility-impaired patrons and their parties.

Please inform us of the need to sit in a handicapped / mobility-impaired area when purchasing tickets. These areas may sell out before the general seating does and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep in mind that there is no elevator service to seating at our theater.

5. When is the schedule published?

The City of Ormond Beach Website's Calendar is updated with the latest Performing Arts Center show schedule. If you would like to be notified whenever new shows are added to schedule, click on “enotification” and check the box for the “Performing Arts Center”. You will then be prompted to enter your email address. To prevent spam, you will receive a confirmation email from the City of Ormond Beach Website in your email inbox. You must open the email and click on the link to confirm the subscription. After you click on the link in the confirmation email, you will automatically receive an email notification from the City of Ormond Beach Website whenever a new show is added to the Performing Arts Center schedule.
