The City of Ormond Beach Department of Leisure Services is proud to announce that through the Joyce Ebbets Children’s Environmental Education Scholarship Fund, two (2) children will have the chance to attend this year’s summer Enviro Camp at the Environmental Discovery Center. The winners will be chosen from a competitive essay contest.
