On Saturday, March 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Jennifer Mitchell, with the St. Johns River Water Management District, will present a program about how irrigation and fertilizers impact local water at the Environmental Discovery Center, located at 601 Division Avenue.
