Hand Avenue will be closed periodically between Harbour Lights Drive and Collins Street between Monday, July 23, and Friday, August 24, to allow Florida Power & Light (FPL) to perform pole replacements associated with its infrastructure hardening project within the roadway.  During the closure, traffic will be detoured using S. Center Street, Division Avenue, and Collins Street.

Please use designated detours.  Once work is complete, the roadway segment will be opened and traffic can resume.
