Hurricane Irma has
caused widespread power outages throughout the Ormond Beach community which hasreduced the City’s capability to pump water from many of its source water
wells.  As a precaution, we are askingthat ALL water customers conserve
and minimize water use at this time until crews can provide necessary powerrestoration to remote well facilities when weather conditions improve. The
water system continues to operate normally at the present time.

By minimizing waterusage, customers will assist the City in our mission of maintaining reliable
utility service to all customers by lessening the impacts on both waterdistribution and wastewater collection systems and resources.
