Service Areas

The Engineering Division provides services in three major areas including:

Reviewing site plans, permitting proposed development applications, and inspecting all residential and commercial development projects
Serving as liaison to consultant engineers for the design and construction management for roads, drainage, water and sewers, recreational facilities, and other capital improvement projects
Managing contracts, surveying and mapping, and handling computer-aided design for a limited number of in-house projects which are not contracted to a consultant engineer
