Purchasing

Due to current events, if necessary, bid closing dates will be modified via addendum. Please plan in-person delivery of bids accordingly. Third party delivery of bids via FedEX, UPS and USPS will still be accepted.

Purchasing will continue to accept the delivery of sealed bids and proposals in our office in Room 102 at 22 South Beach Street.

Third party carriers including but not limited to FedEX, UPS, and USPS should continue to deliver to our office.  Please be mindful of the closing date and time when scheduling deliveries.

Any changes to closing dates, times, or bid opening locations will be posted in the form of an addendum to that specific solicitation.  Any questions regarding any solicitation should be directed to Rob Hart at Rob.Hart@ormondbeach.org.

The City is evaluating e-bidding with plans to implement in the near future for BID/RFP  openings and information will be posted to the City’s website for further information.

Please check this page for updates.
