The Utility Billing and Customer Service program administers the City's integrated utility billing and customer information system, which includes monthly meter reading, billing and collection, and customer service support.
This program produces approximately 265,000 statements annually for water and wastewater service, stormwater utility, solid waste collection and recycling and performs approximately 262,000 meter readings per year. The city also provides water services to areas north of the city limits on the peninsula and mainland areas. Contact us at (386) 676-3209 for application of water services outside the city limits.
Our office is located at City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Room 102 – Finance Department, Ormond Beach, Florida, 32174. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, except for holidays, when we're closed.
