The Engineering Division provides services in three major
areas including:
- Site plan review and permitting of proposed development
applications and inspection of all residential and commercial development
projects
- liaison with consultant engineers for the design and
construction management for road, drainage, water and sewer, recreational
facility and other capital improvement projects
- contract management, survey and mapping and computer aided
design for a limited number of in-house projects which are not contracted.
