The City of Ormond Beach is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer in order to establish an eligibility list. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 19 years of age, High School diploma, G.E.D. or other certificate of competency, must hold the Florida Law Enforcement Certificate for Law Enforcement Officer or be enrolled in a B.L.E.O. certification course, citizen of the United States and possess a valid Florida operator’s License. Preference given to those that have college and/or military experience. This agency is approved for Veterans’ training. The salary range for this position is $34,782 to $53,185.
