Challenge Info
Beginning January 9, 2016, you get:
Snapshot of height, weight, to calculate BMI 
Option #1: Weight-Loss Avenue (WLA)
WLA Goal setting session (& list of things to do to support your goal)
Daily, weekly, and monthly education, personal training (free & paid), coaching, walking, etc.,
WLA Leader to coordinate and communicate meet-ups, workshops, etc.
Weekly weigh-ins, periodic field trips, and conference calls
Option #2: Fitness Boulevard (FB) 
FB Goal setting session (& list of things to do to support your goal)
Beginning flexibility, strength, endurance, etc. measurements
Daily, weekly, and monthly education, personal training (free & paid), injury prevention coaching, cooking/nutrition, etc. opportunities
FB Leader to coordinate and communicate meet-ups, workshops, etc. 
Weekly weigh-ins, periodic field trips, and conference calls
Successful strategies coaching 
("Where would your life be if every time you said "I should.." you actually did?) 
Quit smoking, stress less and be courageous, if needed!
