MacDonald House Workshops
Bender and Associates Architects, P.A., and the City of Ormond Beach, will be hosting two (2) public workshops regarding the Historic Structure Report and Summary Assessment for the MacDonald House, a locally designated historic landmark property.

The board consists of seven members who are appointed by the City Commission to serve two-year terms.  The Planning Department serves as the liaison to the board.

*There  is currently one vacancy on the Historic Landmark Preservation Board.

The Historic Landmark Preservation Board (HLPB) acts as an advisory board to the City Commission on the designation of historic properties and archaeological sites within the City of Ormond Beach, and the designation of historic districts for historic preservation.

The board authorizes the permitting of specified alterations, demolitions, or other work to a designated historic landmark, historic site, or for a contributing property within a designated historic district.
