Meeting Materials
For your convenience, agendas and copies of all documents pertinent to each item on the agenda are available at the rear of the auditorium for each City Commission meeting. They are also available in the library and City Clerk’s office during regular hours for review prior to the Commission meeting, as well as online.

Continued Meetings
Regular meetings can be continued to another date when there is an urgency to take action before the Commission officially meets again. Continued meetings are advertised the same as regular meetings.

Special Meetings & Workshops
Workshops and special meetings are called by the Mayor and Commission when additional time is needed to discuss or act on certain items. These meetings are noticed in the daily newspaper and are open to the public.

Public participation in meetings is encouraged by the City Commission. In speaking before the City Commission, please review our policy and expectations.

Citizens are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and courteous manner during the meeting. Anyone who is disruptive or behaving in a disorderly manner will be removed from the Commission chambers.
