Affordable/Attainable Housing Task Force

The Affordable/Attainable Housing Task Force performs studies and evaluations of regarding affordable/attainable housing in Ormond Beach and develops recommendations regarding affordable/attainable housing for the City Commission. The task force consists of up to 12 members who are appointed by the City Commission. The task force meets on the first Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the City Hall training room. The staff liaison is Clay Ervin, Chief Planner. The task force is governed by Resolution No. 2007-17 of the City of Ormond Beach.
